Spore & Sprig is a gourmet mushroom farm in the heart of the Finger Lakes, NY that brings together mushrooms and the arts via creativity and cultivation. We collaborate with artists and designers to offer custom blue, golden, and pink oyster mushroom grow kits, craft tailored grow kits for organizations, and supply fresh gourmet mushrooms to local markets and restaurants across the Finger Lakes region and beyond. Additionally, we install gourmet mushroom farms in schools, non-profits, and residential spaces, making mushroom cultivation more accessible for all.
